Confident when he needs to be, he shows that he’s been a true professional waiting for his chance to come. A lot of work in the second half and incredible save on Søderlund from close distance. A deserved prize to his great season in Finland (second place with SJK). Now Pehrsson knows he has a plan B until Pareiko will find (?) a club.
Just the first half for Tajo as Pehrsson rotates him with Jääger. Very confident in coming upfield, however leaves spaces for the obvious counters set-up by the Norwegian opposition. It was the task given by Pehrsson (more attacking football) so he performs accordingly. Jääger 5 -> he is one of those in 'searching for a club' list. The sooner he finds the better it is for him. And us. Teniste ahead of him at the moment.
Some amnesias in first half when he is not able, together with Artjunin to stop Norway’s quick counters. Better in the second half when Estonia take the foot off the pedal and waits for Norway in their half.
Completely off position on a Norway’s counter, he has to thank Teniste for recovering and the imprecise shot that goes slight off the post. He is also better in second half with Estonia more covered. Gets the only yellow card for of the game for shirt-pulling.
Great offensive performance, he offers the assist for the opener and he is among the inspirers of the quick one-two’s that leads Estonia to score. More interesting forays. Replaced by Kruglov in second half. Kruglov 6 -> Not as dynamic as Ken, he folds as the rest of the team in the second half.
The ’Estonian Pirlo’ (Klavan dixit) is back! Not only he finishes a delicious build-up, but he almost gifts the Ullevall Stadium audience with one of his ballistic pearls similar to the ones admire in the Polish league and cup. Just half an hour of game is enough to become MOTM, even if fielded on the right flank (however he tends to move towards the center). Replaced by Lindpere. Lindpere 5 -> Not many wits from Joel. He is the typical player who needs a start to understand the game and make it his. Vassiljev's back, now it's hard to get attention.
Good performance in his central midfielder position. He takes good care of covering Mets.
Another positive performance. If scouts came to watch Odeegaard, they cannot have missed him on their notebooks. San Marino here we come, Italian scouts where art thou?
He gets another start and another cap, however once and again in the right flank of the 4-4-2. Nothing remarkable and mostly diligent defensive job.
He didn’t get any playing time at Blackpool and we can see it, especially considering that he recently recovered from the injury collected in the previous international break. Probably it was just a test before the game against San Marino. Subbotin was more lively. Subbotin 6 -> Much better than Zenjov, he probablys earns a start against San Marino. Very close to the first goal with the blue jersey.
He is in the one-two combinations that lead to the goal. And that is enough. Replaced by oldie Teever. Teever 6 -> Normally 9 minutes plus injury time would not be enough to judge his performance. However, earning a cap when you are in your thirties after 8 years, it's remarkable per se after earning the call itself. Bravo.
