In the framework of the event held it Rocca Al Mare shopping center at the Baltman shop, there was a chance to chat with Magnus Pehrsson about the upcoming games with Lithuania and England the situation of the squad.
Magnus and several team players (Pareiko, Lindpere, Ojamaa, Zenjov and Henri Anier) were invited to try the new collection models of the Estonian chain of fine dressmakers since 1991.
In the press conference, Pehrsson confirmed the problems concerning full-back Tajo Teniste (not in the line-up in the weekend fixture of Sogndal IL) and central defender Igor Morozov (on the bench in the 4-0 win against Honved, 7 appearances for him since start of season).
Talking to Rumori, he confirmed he won’t call any extra player: ‘we will eventually pick the substitutes from the 30-man list’ said the 38-year-old Swedish coach. Same goes for Kostantin Vassiljev, who has not managed to get any playing time since his injury at the start of September, his substitute will come from that list. No hope to see Ratnikov this time either, even if the coach was favourably impressed by him in the past months.
Who can hope in a call?
Looking at the list of the excluded ones in the defence, the only names are Artur Pikk (Levadia left full-back, can also play on the right) and Flora’s central defender, Taavi Rähn, who has not properly shined in recent periods.
In midfield, all hints at Sergei Mośnikov who, in the meantime, has also managed to get some positive playing time at FC Flora.
Estonian national team will hold a training today at 18:15 in Sportland Arena, artificial turf pitch, to start to get used to the artificial turf of LFF stadium in Vilnius.
