The team of Sillamae Kalev ended their 2 game losing streak last week beating Paide and the game against Tartu might be another chance for them to continue their chase for the top 4 teams in the league. Tammeka on the other hand failed to beat Lokomotiv last week and overtake Narva in the relegation battle so this will be their new shot for that 7th position on the table.
Who will get the best of this match?
Focus on Sillamae (5/10, 37 pts)
As mentioned before, coach Frantsev managed to halt the two game losing streak last week against Paide and bring back some confidence and raise the motivation in his team. The race for top 4 is still not over and they might just make their run for it.
For the match against Paide, coach Frantsev managed to rest and test some players and it could be expected to see a very similar team on the field against Tammeka too. The starting XI against Paide were Starodubtsev on the goal, Cheminava and Baguzis in defense, Sidorenkov and Dudarev on the full-back positions. Vnukov was given a chance with Tjapkin in central midfield, Murikhin and Mashichev on the flanks, while Silich got his chance behind Kabaev in the forward line.
Key-man: Evgeni Kabaev
The Sillamae forward is in splendid form this season having scored 15 goals and tapping 6 assists to his name and that form is likely to continue at this match. His toughness and composure will certainly cause trouble to Tammeka’s defenders and more goals or assists to his tally won’t be much of a surprise.
Injuries and suspensions
There aren’t any new injured players in Sillamae, but there is a whole list of cautioned players who are one card away from suspension and this list includes Volodin, Novikov, Kvasov and Murikhin.
Focus on Tartu JK Tammeka (8/10, 14 pts.)
The team from the second biggest city in the country continue with their hot and cold form this season. Even though they are a point away from the 7th spot, the danger of being relegated is still present as Kalev are just two points behind them. The draw against the bottom-placed Lokomotiv didn’t help them and now they should look for points away from home.
Coach Koser may be happy with the offensive display from last week but should definitely pay more attention to the defensive one. That being said, we probably won’t see many changes in their squad and can expect to see the same starting XI from last week.
Key-player: Kristjan Tiirik
As proved countless times this season, captain Tiirik is the man to watch in Tammeka’s squad. With 11 goals and 4 assists to his name, he is the one that keeps Tammeka’s hopes of avoiding relegation alive and with his help they can also hope to catch up on Narva for that desired 7th position.
Injuries and suspensions
There are no new injury concerns for coach Koser and only Simo Tenno is in danger of being suspended for yellow cards.
Both coaches use the popular 4-2-3-1 formation trying to get the most out of their wingers and Sillamae are definitely the ones with a more quality lineup. Murikhin, Mashichev and Kabaev are all in fine form and their lively display may be the key to winning this match. A better defensive display from Tammeka, on the other hand, should ease their woes and lower the pressure on coach Koser in reaching that 7th position.

Betting Tip (by Chris Johns)
1.07 for a Sillamae win shows the likely outcome of the match, and such a small price is not worth touching. Couple the 1.30 price for over 2.5 goals with the same bet in the Infonet v Johvi match, and/or the Narva v Kalju match tomorrow, and you've got a good little bet.
Tip: Over 2.5 goals
