Round 6 of our review and it seems like the Estonian internationals instead of waking up, they are going to sleep. Less minutes for some of them, new light for others. Wins and losses are part of football and we have them all here. This week we include the likes of Mikk Reintam and Sander Puri.

Igor Subbotinwasn’t involved in the first team of Mlada Boleslav, but played 62 minutes for their U-21 team and scored a goal in the 11-0 win over Mas Taborsko to prove coach Jarolim that he is not rusty.



Artjom Artjunin – again didn’t get playing time in FC Brasov’s defeat at home to Botosani (0-1)

Teijo Teniste – wasn’t in the squad for Sogndal IL’s draw against Jerv (0-0)

Frank Liivak – Full 90 minutes for the forward in Alcobendas Sport’s draw (1-1) against Villanueva Pardillo.



Konstantin Vassiljev – 89 minutes for one of the best Estonian players in the win over Slask Wroclaw (2-0), their first after a longer period of time

Ragnar Klavan – full 90 minutes for the Estonian captain in the newest defeat (13th of the season) against Paderborn (2-1).

Igor Morozov – came in as a sub in the 90th minute as his team managed to defend the (1-2) lead against Kecskemeti TE

Henri Anier –didn’t have any contribution in Dundee Utd’s win over Hamilton (1-0) as McNamara decided to keep him benched

Tarmo Kink – stayed on the bench during his team’s big draw against Celtic (1-1)

Marko Meerits  – 90 minutes for the young goalkeeper and a new clean sheet against Jong Ajax (Emmen won 0-2)

Sergei Zenov – 69 minutes in Torpedo Moscow’s goalless draw against Terek Grozni

Artur Kotenko – 90 minutes and clean sheet as Skathyor Soligorsk opened the season with a win over Slutsk (2-0)

Karol Mets – new game and new 90 minutes for the Estonian international as Viking beat Tromso (3-1) for their first win of the season. Full highlights here

Mihkel Aksalu – start of the season for the Estonian goalkeeper with 90 minutes and a draw away at Inter Turku (1-1)

Siim Tenno and Reio Laabus – Tenno played the whole match, while Laabus stayed on the bench for VfR Neumünster as they continue their series of bad results, this time draw with the last place Braunschweig (1-1)

Kevin Kauber – played the last two minutes in NK Krka’s draw (1-1) against Radomlje

Henrik Ojamaa – 64 minutes for the Estonian forward in Sarpsborg’s draw against Valerenga (1-1). All the interesting moments of the match here

Mikk Reintam – will wait for his debut for Frydek-Mistek a bit longer as he watched his new team losing to Zlin (0-2) from the bench.

Sander Puri – came in as a sub in the 49th minute in Sligo Rovers’ win over Galway (0-1)
