Nõmme United youth products, Henry Järvelaid and Pavel Fedorenko, are again taking the trip overseas to test themselves at English academies.
Mart Poom himself confirmed the upcoming trip to RdS. ‘Henry is testing at Birmingham again,’ told the Estonian legendary goalkeeper ‘he will stay there for a week and then return to train to Flora.’ Yesterday, Järvelaid has played one friendly game against MK Dons academy and served one assist. He will play on Saturday against Nottingham Forest youngsters.
The 16-year-old left winger had recently joined the Flora system for training sessions.
Mart Poom is the head of Nõmme United, aka as Mart Poom Football Academy. ‘Pavel is travelling to England on Sunday,’ talked Poom about Fedorenko.
Whether they will be offered contracts, it depends on them added the former Arsenal shot-stopper. ‘It’s really hard. They have to work hard and if they need to go on trial again, they will go.’
Henry Järvelaid was awarded as B1 category (’98) topscorer having hit 31 times the target in 21 games.
Pavel Fedorenko is also a left winger born in 1999.
