Registered players on Premium Liiga website
20.2.2015 - With a post on his Facebook page, Karl Mööl informed that following a check-up with national team doctor, Kaspar Rõivassepp, a ligaments rupture was found. The recovery period shall be from 4 to 6 weeks, meaning Mööl will miss the first games of Premium Liiga 2015.
20.2.2015 - Kalju returned from Finland with a nice 1-0 win against Veikkausliiga 2014 third-placed FC Lahti. It was enough a nice goal by Jorge Rodrigues to win the friendly game at Mukkula Hall.
Also Ken Kallaste travelled to Finland and he has not received an answer from IFK Norrköping yet. As declared by Janne Andersson (the IFK Norrköping coach) his move to Sweden depends upon another player leaving the club. Not an easy situation considering also that the Swedish club is not in a good financial situation (the 2014 year closed with a minus).
Mikk Reintam did not travel to Lahti as he's on trial elsewhere (destination unknown according to our sources).
15.2.2015 - A 3-0 win against Narva Trans was an additional piece to Kalju's preseason which had a chapter in Riga where Terehhov's side lost 3-2 to FK Ventspils. Lekanic tested also against Narva and Ken Kallaste played both games while he is still waiting for an answer from Sweden. Kert Kütt might be close to return to Nõmme Kalju.
10.2.2015 - Kalju will be testing a Bosnian right winger, Nemanja Lekanic (1990) in a friendly game against FK Ventspils taking place today at 13:15 in Riga at Skonto Hall (live streaming here). According to Transfermarkt.de, the 25-year-old player can also cover the left wing role and has been a member of the Partizan Belgrade U-19. He has mostly played in Serbia and it seems that in January he already moved to a Bosnian club, FK Goradze.
Ken Kallaste is also travelling to Riga with the squad.
The full travelling squad.

Defenders: Alo Bärengrub (CB), Henrik Pürg (CB), Jorge Rodrigues (CB, POR), Martin Mägi (RB), Ken Kallaste (LB), Nicolas Galpin (LB, FRA), Karl Mööl (MF/RB).
Midfielders: Eino Puri (CM), Erkki Junolainen *trialist* (LB/LW), Martin Ustaal *trialist* (CM) Hidetoshi Wakui (trequartista, JAP), Nemanja Lekanic *trialist* (RW, BIH);
Strikers: Artjom Dmitrijev (CF), Tarmo Neemelo (CF) Ats Purje (LW/RW), Vladimir Voskoboinikov (CF)
09.2.2015 - Great signing for the Pink Panthers bringing back to the country former KuPS and Inter Turku, Ats Purje. 47 caps with the national team and 5 goals (2 of which only against Slovenia), Purje returns to Estonia after 8 years after playing in Cyprus too. He is 29-year-old and will solve Terehhov's problems for the flanks since Quintieri and Toomet departed from the club. Purje can play both right and left flank with no issue whatsoever. His last game in Finland was a league cup game played a week ago indoor.
'The target is to help Kalju become Champions and do well in Europa League,' told the Estonian international to Kalju's website. About his last season at KuPS, Purje is quite satisfied: 'it was the best of my career, both statistically and under the game point of view,' admitted the left winger. However 'I didn't wish to live in Finland any longer,' confessed to Kalju's website. Purje confessed he wanted to return to Estonia and therefore he signed a 3-year contract with Kalju.
Sergei Terehhov, Kalju's coach: 'his international experience at all levels, club and national team will be of great help for Kalju,' remarked the new coach who replaced Igor Prins in at the end of season 2014.
06.2.2015 - It was a training in a busy A.LeCoq indoor hall today as Kalju had to share the venue with Estonia and Latvia women national teams for an international game taking place in Tallinn (2-0 for Estonia).
Apart from the 'trialist' Jari Litmanen (pictured on the right with our editor-in-chief), there were Mikk Reintam, back from his unsuccessful trials in Central Europe, and former KTP goalkeeper Kert Kütt. No other new face was noticed at the training meaning that, for now, the trials are on hold.
Kalju might still need to add a right winger since the departure of Damiano Quintieri (back to Italy, he has not found a club yet) and Janar Toomet (currenly at Sillamäe).
Ken Kallaste is still in Sweden and will take part to friendly game during the weekend (IFK Norrköping vs. Atvidaberg, he is in the starting XI according to IFK website). Folkbladet reports the positive words by coach Jan Andersson: 'very good left full-back,' said the Swedish coach to the paper. The decision will be taken next week.
Sergei Terehhov had a 1 hour and 15 minutes session with short games alternated with running around the full-size pitch and precision exercises in groups.
Allan Kimbaloula looks re-established and confirmed to Rumori he feels ready and in good shape for season 2015.
Reginald did not take part into the training as he was sidelined by a knock in yesterday's training. He was walking with crutches however, according to our info, it's nothing serious.
Club's president Kuno Tehva was also seen at the pitch.
23.01.2015 - Mikk Reintam new trial is at Bohemians FC (CZE), Synot Liga club (top-flight)
22.01.2015 - Mikk Reintam has not earned a contract at Dinamo Bucuresti (ROM - full story here) since he did not participate in Dinamo's second friendly against Borussia Dortmund.
Artjom Dmitrjev has signed a 3-year contract with FC Kalju. The striker has a past experience with Belgian clubs, RFC Antwerp and KV Turnout.
20.01.2015 - In an interview to Õhtuleht, Sergei Terehhov has revealed Kevin Holz has returned to Germany to celebrate his birthday. However, the German striker is willing to continue at Kalju.
The great news of the day for Kalju fans is that the club will have all their 2015 Premium Liiga games at Hiiu Stadium, their home. They won't move to Kadriorg, unless they manage to qualify to the Europa League via the cup route.
12.01.2015 - Nõmme Kalju are testing a German striker, Kevin Holz. Born in Paderborn (1994), Holz has played last season in Switzerland (FC Luzern) after passing through the Borussia Dortmund U-19 team.
He is not the only German trialist at the club as, last week, Kalju have been testing Dennis Gerlinger (a right winger) who left Estonia before the first friendly of the season against Flora.
Meanwhile Ken Kallaste is continuing training with Nõmme Kalju. According to RdS info, not only he's been receiving offers from Poland and Scandinavia (all the three countries) but also from Scotland.
10.01.2015 - In the aftermath of the 2-1 loss to Flora in the first friendly of the season, Terehhov confirmed that it's a bit too early to speak about the Spanish trialist Ivan 'Pachu' Martinez (more info here). Same goes for Martin Ustaal and former Flora Erki Junolainen.
08.01.2015 - Sergei Terehhov confirmed to Estonian press that Kalju will offer a contract to Artjom Dmitrjev, the former FC Infonet midfielder. Still uncertain whether Martin Ustaal will be also part of 2015 Kalju's squad.
29.12.2014 - Former Paide Linnameeskond attacking midfielder, Martin Ustaal (on loan from FC Levadia) is taking part to the end of year tournament with Kalju FC. The young player has already been training with the Pink Panthers for a couple of weeks. He scored a goal in the opening game of the indoor tournament against his former team, however Kalju lost 3-2.
Another trialist is FC Infonet Artjom Dmitrijev.
19.12.2014 - Maybe it does not come as a surprise, however, considering he was included by Rumori in the 'Optibet Top XI' for Premium Liiga 2014, it is definitely worth a mention. Jorge Rodrigues, the Portuguese defender at Kalju since 2011, has obtained a one-year extension of the contract. 'Despite the fact that had another proposals my passion for the club and country speaks higher!' said Jorge through his Facebook page. Born in Vila Real in 1982, Jorge Rodrigues will turn 33 in March. He has had another experience abroad in Slovenia at ND Gorica.
15.12.2014 - Former Flora Erkki Junolainen, will be starting training with the club today. This is the full list of players that are gathering today at 12:30 in Männiku indoor hall.
Goalkeepers Vitali Teleš, Sten-Marten Vahi Defenders: Alo Bärengrub, Jorge Rodrigues (POR), Henrik Pürg, Märten Kuusk, Nicolas Galpin (FRA), Martin Mägi, Ken Kallaste, Erkki Junolainen, Henrik Kummer, Mikk Reintam, Andry Liiva Midfielders: Reginald Mbu Alidor (FRA), Sören Kaldma, Allan-Axel Kimbaloula (FRA), Erik Listmann, Hidetoshi Wakui (JAP), Eino Puri Strikers: Robert Kirss, Vladimir Voskoboinikov, Andre Järva, Tarmo Neemelo, Peeter Klein.

10.12.2014 - Martin Vunk explained to Postimees why he went to Indonesia to play. 'The club (Persija Jakarta -edit) followed me for 6 months. They checked my league and national team games' revealed the Estonian international to the popular Estonian daily. 'It went in this direction because their interest was serious and and I also put my stakes on this,' added Vunk confessing he received also some interest from Poland and Cyprus, however nothing as concrete as the Indonesian offer which, according to the nr.13 is his 'life's best contract'.
10.12.2014 - Siim-Sten Palm has confirmed to Soccernet.ee that he will play in Nõmme Kalju for next season. 'There were other offers but I chose Kalju,' told the former Paide Linnameeskond guardian. Competition between the sticks increases for Vitali Teleś.
10.12.2014 - The club has confirmed what anticipated by Rumori some days ago (see bottom): former player and Estonian international, Sergei Terehhov (already Nõmme Kalju sport director) is the new head coach of Kalju. 'I think the experience collected as a football player for a long time will help me as a coach,' declared the freshly appointed coach to Kalju's website, almost like tackling any forthcoming criticism aiming at his lack of experience in the coaching role (and at a top Estonian club). Born on the 18th of April 1975 in Pärnu, Terehhov started his career at Pärnu JK. He has won trophies and medals home and abroad (Finland and Norway). Close to hit 100 caps with the Estonian national team, he stopped at 94 with 5 goals scored. A winger, could play both right and left, he was able to use either of his feet. He joined Kalju in 2009 as playing coach assisting Brazilian Getulio Fredo. The most important goal scored with the national team is the equalizer against Russia (1-1) in 2005. It happened when he plied trade at FC Shinnik Yaroslavl and, quite incredibly, he paid the consequence for that goal that humiliated the Russian giant. He himself admitted in several interviews that he didn't expect such a backlash.
9.12.2014 - Martin Vunk has signed a one-year contract with Persija Jakarta and will have jersey nr.13. 'Persija is a very popular club' told Martin to the club's website 'I want to give my best here.'
9.12.2014 - Martin Vunk has been presented by Persija Jakarta (Indonesia) via their Twitter account (see below). He is not alone in this adventure since former teammate at Sillamäe and 2014 Premium Liiga topscorer, Evgeni Kabaev, has travelled with him till Jakarta.
Full story about this transfer here.
Situation: (4.12.2014) after losing Ainsalu and Aland in one shot, Kalju have hurried up in signing the remainder of their promising youngsters: striker Andre Järva, right back Martin Mägi, defensive midfielder Soren Käldma and centre backs Märten Kuusk and Henrik Pürg all got a professional contracts. If Quintieri left back to return to Italy (he is on rehab there right now - full story here), Voskoboinikov has returned from the loan in China. Whether he will stay at the club or not is a matter that will be solved in next two months. Several players are still without a contract for next season: Vitali Teleś, Ken Kallaste, Tihhon Śiśov, Jorge Rodrigues, Hidetoshi Wakui, Fabio Prates and Felipe Nunes. The latter might not return to Estonia, whereas Ken Kallaste, once recovered from his injury picked up with the national team, he might have a trial abroad according to our sources. Contract renewals are likely for Teleś, Śiśov, Rodrigues and Wakui. Prates situation is uncertain.
Martin Vunk is on the verge to join Indonesian club, Persija Jakarta (full story here)
Target: (4.12.2014) Kalju need to form a good mix of veterans and young players if they want to continue to compete for the podium. It will not be a easy task for new coach and former Sport Director at Kalju, Sergei Terehhov (he has UEFA Pro licence, but no coaching experience). If the squad will recover Kimbaloula for the start of season, that is like a new signing. What is needed? A striker to partner either with Neemelo and/or Vosko and a right winger to alternate with the likes of Toomet.
