Last days to close a deal, last days to decide before Premium Liiga kick-off (7th of March).
Either here (in Estonia) or there. Anywhere. Tarmo Kink is taking a chance in Scotland at Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC, simply known as Caley Thistle.
The club was founded only 20 years ago, August 1994 following the merger of Caledonian and Inverness Thistle. Last season they arrived 5th in Scottish Premiership and they are currently third behind tableleaders Celtic and Aberdeen. Anier’s Dundee is thirteen points adrift.
Only Anglo-Saxon players (Scottish, English, Irish, Norther-Irish and one Canadian) make up the squad. If Tarmo would complete the trial successfully, he would be the only non-Anglo-Saxon player signed this season.
Caley Thistle are in need of a winger since Irish Aaron Doran (right winger) and country fellow, Richie Foran (left winger) are both injured with estimated time of return at the end of the month.
Tarmo is a free agent since last Summer when he left Kaposvar Rakoczi (HUN) where he collected 20 appearances and 5 goals.
Kink belongs to a shortlist of ‘unemployed internationals’.
