Updates on the 2nd of February 2015
OFFICIAL: Henrik Ojamaa will continue his season in Norway at Tippeligaen side Sarpsborg 08.
After greeting Motherwell and letting know through his agent, Jonne Lindblom that he will not return to Legia, Ojamaa shall join the club founded in 2008 after a merging process.
Sarpsborg reached Tippeligaen in 2010 only to be relegated the year after. The club took the lift back to the Norwegian top-flight in 2012. Their best position at the end of a season has been the 8th place (2014).
They were 8th out of 16 clubs with 40 points, 4 points adrift Karol Mets’ Viking Stavanger.
You can read an extensive profile of Henrik's new club prepared by Tor Thodesen.
Ojamaa joins Sarpsborg on what is another loan deal from Legia until the Summer. The contract with the current Polish Champions is until June 2016.
What are the options on the table? Last week, we asked Harri Ojamaa, Henrik’s brother and one of the associates of Golden Star Management, however the Estonian football agent did not wish to comment neither on the reported transfer to Norway nor on the future scenario.
